We get it—cannabis laws can be confusing. So let’s clear things up.

At Organish Living Seed Co, we exclusively sell non-germinated souvenir seeds. These seeds are federally legal in the United States. They contain no THC, no CBD, and no controlled substances. We do not sell cannabis, hemp, flower, or any products meant for cultivation or consumption.

Our seeds are sold as:

  • Collectible genetic souvenirs

Under the 2018 Farm Bill and updated USDA/DEA guidance, non-germinated cannabis seeds are legal regardless of their genetic background—because they contain 0.0% THC. In fact, the DEA has explicitly stated that cannabis seeds without THC are not classified as controlled substances under federal law.

What We Don’t Sell:
