At Organish, we take pride in providing high-quality, non-germinated souvenir and collectible seeds. Because our products are considered novelty genetic items, we maintain a clear return and refund structure to ensure transparency and fairness for all customers.

✅ All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any seed purchases.

Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

This policy protects product integrity, prevents tampering, and ensures that all customers receive items in their original, unopened condition.

🚫 We Do Not Accept Returns For:

  • Change of mind

  • Purchasing the wrong item

  • Items opened or removed from original packaging

  • Claims related to how the product was later stored, handled, or used

  • Any expectations beyond the sale of non-germinated souvenir seeds

Our products are sold strictly as collectible, educational, and novelty items. We do not guarantee outcomes related to use.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the exterior packaging

  • Photos of the product(s) received

We will review the claim and, if approved, issue either:

  • A replacement item with a return shipping label, or

  • Store credit

Please note:
Damage claims must be related to shipping, not use, opening, or handling after delivery.

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We cannot replace or refund packages that are:

  • Marked delivered but not received

  • Stolen from a mailbox or property

  • Delayed or mishandled by the carrier

If your package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), contact us and we’ll assist in filing a carrier claim.

⚖️ Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are fulfilled.
Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
